Tom Chaput, Administrator
Tom Chaput is certainly no stranger to the residents and families of Country Haven. He accepted the Activities Director position 17 years ago, shortly after the home's inception.
Tom comes to us with over 35 years experience working with the elderly and has been employed at this site for the past 17. During this time, Tom has gained a great deal of experience and knowledge in the many fields of this profession; Nursing, Adjuvant, Activities Director and Maintenance Supervisor. In more recent years, he has successfully chaired many fundraising committees as well as coordinating a very active Volunteer Program at Country Haven. As the new Administrator, Tom's number one priority is to ensure the safety and provide the very best care for all the residents.
With a high quality staff working as a team and the participation of the families, Tom feels confident that these goals are a reality. He is very pleased to be a part of Country Haven's new ownership and is delighted to accept the role of Administrator. He looks forward to working with, and for, the residents, families and staff of Country Haven Retirement Homes Inc.
